Ingredients

  • 4 chicken milanesas
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • Frying oil
  • Habafuego Extra Hot

Instructions

  1. Season the milanesas with salt and pepper, dredge in flour, dip in the egg mixture with a few drops of Habafuego and finely chopped parsley and then in the bread crumbs.
  2. Fry them in a frying pan over high heat and remove excess fat.
  3. Serve the breasts with the lettuce salad.

Pulled Pork BBQ Habafuego™️

Pulled Pork BBQ Habafuego™️

Ingredients

  • 1,5 kg pork bondiola.
  • Paste for marinating
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano.
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika.
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard.

To cook the pork 

  • Juice of 1 orange.
  • 2 cups of Vegetable Broth
  • Water

Final touch

  • Habanero BBQ Habafuego

Instructions

  1. Massage the bondiola on all sides with the marinating paste, making sure it is well smeared. Wrap this in a bag or cling film and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for as long as possible.
  2. Dissolve a vegetable stock in 2 cups of boiling water. Add the juice of 1 orange.
  3. In a pressure cooker place the marinated bondiola with the orange broth plus a pinch of salt and cook for 40-50 minutes.
  4. Place the cooked meat in a large bowl and shred it with two forks.
  5. Drizzle the Habanero BBQ Sauce over the meat.
  6. Cut a Vienna bread in half and assemble a sandwich with vegetables and meat.

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings
  • Salt and pepper

For marinating

  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of onion powder
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Final touch

  • Buffalo Habafuego

Instructions

  1. Boil the wings for 20 minutes in a pot. After the time, take them out and drain them.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients. Stir into wings; coat thoroughly.
  3. Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet with waxed paper. Bake for 45 minutes at 160 C.
  4. Serve with Ranch dressing Habafuego for extra spice.

Aguachile Salsas Negras Habafuego™️

Ingredients

  • Half a kilo of peeled and cleaned shrimps
  • Juice of four lemons
  • Two cucumbers
  • Half a red onion
  • black sauces Habafuego

Instructions

  1. Dice the cucumber and julienne the onion. Serve on a plate.
  2. Clean the shrimp and mix with the vegetables. Season and refrigerate.
  3. Blend the lemon juice with Salsas Negras Habafuego
  4. Incorporate everything in a bowl and let stand in the refrigerator for twenty minutes.
  5. Serve with corn tostadas.
  6. Accompany with a touch of avocado.

Homemade Pizza Ranch Habafuego™️

Homemade Pizza Ranch Habafuego™️

Ingredients

For The Mass

  • 25gr Salt
  • Milk
  • 50gr of yeast
  • 500 ml Warm Water
  • 1 k Flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

For the Pomodoro

  • 175 gr of tomato sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1.5 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the topping

  • Peperoni
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Ranch Habafuego

Instructions

  1. To prepare the dough, mix the water, sugar, yeast and milk in a bowl.
  2. Gradually stir in the flour until the ingredients are blended and a liquid but uniform consistency is obtained. Add the salt and finish adding the rest of the flour.
  3. Knead until a smooth dough is formed.
  4. Let rise in a bowl for 40 minutes. Degas, cut into 4 portions and assemble 4 buns.
  5. Place in a tray, sprinkle with flour, cover and let stand for 40 minutes. After this time, stretch the buns with your hands.
  6. For the first topping, place the rolled dough on a floured table.

To make the pizza sauce:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes (while the dough rises) to allow the flavors to blend.

To assemble the pizza:

  1. Preheat the oven to 225ºC with heat from above and below.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into two equal portions.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface. The dough should be round and with a thicker edge.
  4. Pour half of the sauce and spread it with a spoon all over the base (leaving the edge uncovered). Sprinkle half of the cheese (again leaving the edge uncovered) and place half of the pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Put the pizza on a special pizza tray, and put it in the bottom of the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the oven.
  6. Accompany it with Salsa Habanero Ranch Habafuego.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 750 g of arrachera
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Manchego cheese, grated
  • 4 small baguettes
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Onion, sliced
  • Avocado, cut in slices
  • Cilantro Habafuego

Instructions

  1. Season the arrachera with salt and pepper, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat to the degree of your choice. Add the cheese and cover the pan to melt the cheese.
  2.  Cut the bread in half and spread Habanero Cilantro, the meat with cheese, tomato, onion and avocado.
  3. Serves and offers.
  4. Serve with papas bravas
